ALERTPAY OFFICIALLY REPLACED BY PAYZA

Wednesday, 16 May, 2012 at 20:13 GMT

This Monday, AlertPay was officially replaced with Payza. The rebranding of this e-currency system was immediately followed by several updates, announced by Payza officials. First of all, promotional video has been created. Next, the Developer Center has been updated accordingly. The member area of the new service remains nearly the same, and is easy to navigate. This is possibly done for members' convenience. As for the global opinion, Payza does looks better and safer that AlertPay.

The latest update announced reports on some significant changes and upgrades of the support system. First of all new phone numbers have been added to support, including the UK one. Here are they:

"Canada: +1-514-787-1840
 USA: +1-917-720-1220
 UK: +44-203-519-0003"

The working hours of the phone support are Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. EST, 11 hours. This is perfect, cause most time of the business day one is able to solve the problem that may arise with using the Payza services over the phone, which is naturally more acceptable and faster for the majority. Even though, if you need urgent help during the non-working hours of the phone support, there is still the support ticket system, working fine. Along with the comprehensive FAQ section, it makes a professional support solution for the Payza members.
